Terms of Service | Fast App Connect

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fast App Connect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License & Account Eligibility

Fast App Connect provides a centralized application gateway for students applying to Canadian educational institutions. To use our services, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if younger).
Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
Maintain the security of your account password and restrict access to your account.

3. Academic Integrity & Accuracy

Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the academic records, documents, and personal details submitted through your unified profile. Any discovery of fraudulent documents (e.g., forged transcripts or false test results) will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant institutions.

Single Profile Policy: To maintain the integrity of the application process, each student is allowed only one primary account. Duplicate accounts created with conflicting information are subject to review and deletion.

4. Fees and Payments

Fast App Connect may charge a service fee for the submission of applications to multiple institutions. These fees are separate from individual university application fees, which are determined and collected by each respective institution. All service fees paid to Fast App Connect are non-refundable once an application has been transmitted to a university.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fast App Connect acts as a bridge between students and institutions. While we streamline the process, we do not:

Guarantee admission to any university or college.
Guarantee the issuance of a Canadian Study Permit (Visa).
Control the final admission decisions made by educational institutions.

In no event shall Fast App Connect be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of opportunity) arising out of the admission decisions of universities or visa decisions of IRCC.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province or location.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
